DDR BJJ LLC provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction, gym memberships, and related fitness services. We utilize GoHighLevel as our primary CRM and communication platform to manage communications, including SMS, email, and appointment scheduling.

3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Text Messaging Program Terms
DDR BJJ LLC provides a text messaging program to communicate with students and leads.

• Description of Messages: You can expect to receive messages regarding class schedules, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu appointment confirmations, gym alerts, and occasional promotional offers or special discounts.
• Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to +1 910-981-0211. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@diegoramalhobjj.com.
• Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message & data rates disclosure: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
